In these cases, we will repair the vehicle or revise the listing and re-posted in the next auction.
- We used to leave repair receipts and service records in the vehicles, but a number of buyers got the donors personal information from those receipts and contacted our donors for additional information about the vehicle. Several angry donors then called us because they did not want that contact. So now we ask donors to remove Anything with their personal information on it prior to donating the vehicle, so we do not have service records or repair history.

Details:
Exterior condition: Good
Interior condition: Good
Tires: Good tread but old
MORE INFO: When his vehicle came in, we tested the winch on the ball and also for the pop-up top and both worked. There is a box included with a brand new canvas to go around the sides which the donor ordered, but never put in. The sides are now just open. We raised the top and looked at the interior, which seem to be good. We did not fully assemble the pop outs or inspect the interior.
